REFUND POLICY / TERMS
Return policies will be applied for purchases made through only through the website www.territorio.us under the following conditions:
a. The claim must be made within 5 (five) business days following the delivery of the product
b. The client must be send with the original purchase invoice or the document provided by GRUPO SANVAL SAS which certifies that the product was acquired at www.territorio.us or any of our stores located in Cartagena, Colombia.
c. The product must be new, unused, with its original packaging, parts, accessories, manual (when applicable) and labels attached.
d. The customer should be aware that they must pay for shipping costs and they are not refundable. In case of return they must pay the cost of the withdrawal, which will have the price that the courier define.
Quality Warranty Terms and Conditions
In order for the warranty to be effective, the following conditions should be met:
The guarantee will be the one described at the product label. For those products not indicating this information, the warranty will be one (1) month from the date of having received the purchase.
If the product is located at a different place of the delivery address, the client must pay for shipping costs in order for the warranty to effective. All changes are subject to inventory availability.
In case the customer wants a money refund, GRUPO SANVAL SAS will refund the amount paid at the moment of the purchase, and through the same payment method, within forty five (45) days following the date on which the warranty was effective and approved by GRUPO SANVAL SAS.
The client should be aware that the warranty right is only effective if the purchase invoice, dispatch guide or invoice number with date of purchase is presented via www.territorio.us or by contacting the customer service number +57-315-316-5886. One of our representatives will provide the customer complete and clear information to access this right and will help them complete this process. The product must be new, unused, with its original packaging, parts, accessories, manual (when applicable) and labels attached.
General Terms and Conditions
The customer acknowledges and agrees with the terms and conditions included in our policies and they are a formal agreement between the customer and our website. For GRUPO SANVAL SAS customer satisfaction is very important, so we reserve the right to update periodically our policies. Such changes are effective immediately after being published on the website and if the customer agrees on such terms it will constitute a satisfactory agreement to all terms, policies and conditions.
